These rules explain how free spins and other promotions work at Montreal Casino. Read them together with the details of each offer before you claim anything.

Reading the ground rules

Offers add a little extra glow to the night. They come with conditions, and those conditions are here in plain words.

These rules sit alongside our Terms of Service.
Each promotion lists its own figures: minimum deposit, eligible games, expiry and any caps.
Where a promotion's details differ from these rules, the promotion's details apply to that offer.
All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Offers are for fun, not a source of income. Our Play Responsibly page has tools to keep play in check.

Opting in

No offer switches on by surprise. You choose it.

Opt in from the promotions area or at the deposit step, as the offer describes.
Make the qualifying deposit after opting in, not before.
All offers are optional, and you can always choose to play with your own cash only.
Ask us by email to remove a bonus before you start using it.

Keeping offers honest

Promotions are meant for real players having a real night out. We act when they are misused.

Claiming an offer through several accounts, shared devices or other people's details counts as abuse.
So does group play to clear wagering, low risk betting patterns designed only to meet conditions, and using payment methods that are not yours.
Breaking a stake cap or playing excluded games with bonus money also counts.
Caught abusing a bonus? We can void it, plus every win it produced, and the account may face tighter scrutiny.
Serious or repeated abuse can lead to account closure under our Terms of Service.

Capping what converts

Certain bonuses limit how much may be converted into withdrawable cash. If a limit applies, the promotion's details list the figure before you claim. Anything above that limit is cleared at conversion.

The current welcome spins carry zero wagering, and every win from them lands in your cash balance.

Running one bonus at a time

One active bonus per account, at any one time.
A new bonus queues or waits until the current one is cleared, used, expired or removed.
Your own cash is played first, then bonus money, unless the offer says otherwise.

Checking who can join

Offers are for verified adult players in Canada where local law permits online play.

Players must be 19 or older, as set out in our Age Policy.
Deposits unlock only once your ID checks out and your location gets the green light.
The welcome offer switches on with deposit number one, never a later one. One claim per person. That cap also covers each household, every device and every payment method.
Players taking a cooling-off period, or who are self-excluded, cannot claim offers.
In Ontario, incentives may not be advertised publicly. Ontario players can view the welcome offer only once they register or sign in.

Watching your stake size

Bonus money comes with a stake cap. The cap for each promotion is printed in its details on the promotions page, so you know it before you claim.

Stakes above the cap while bonus money is in play break these rules.
Go over the cap and the bonus, plus any winnings tied to it, may be cancelled.
Free spins are played at the value set for that offer. You cannot change the spin value.

Clearing wagering

The welcome spins need no playthrough. Other bonuses that add bonus funds to your account must be played through once (1x) before they convert to cash.

Games count toward that playthrough at different rates:

Slots: 100%
Video poker: 50%
RNG table games: 10%
Live games: 0%

Only the stated share of each bet counts. Live games do not count at all, so bonus funds cleared at live tables never progress.

Beating the clock

Welcome free spins in? Play them inside a 24-hour window that opens when they are credited.
Bonus funds with a playthrough must be cleared within 7 days.
Once the time limit passes, any unused spins and uncleared bonus funds are removed.
Cash winnings already paid from free spins stay in your balance.

Changing these rules

Like signs on the strip, our promotions keep changing. We may modify, pause or end any offer, and update these rules, by posting the revised version on this page.

Changes do not reach back to a bonus already running on your account, except where needed to stop abuse, fix an error or meet the law.
If an offer shows a mistake in its figures, we honour the correct figures.
